Lying Together
Lying at ease together, On the grass, cool and soft, Our eyes gazed the stars above. The nature sang with its creatures, As its charisma charmed us away, To a world unknown, yet enchanting. Spell bound our souls, as words Were no longer needed to feel This heaven, for just two of us.
Now I stand alone in the darkness; Trying to find a star, In this heavily clouded night. My heart begins to resign, As tears roll down. But just then sweet drops fall, Rekindling the hope within, As the cool drops wash away despair. In this serenity shaped, I feel you again.
